The Holbrooke Hotel is Saved!

See the following note from Janis O'Brien.....

Good news for the Holbrooke - we signed a contract yesterday with new people who will lease the Hotel from us with an option to buy in two years.  They have high hopes for the Hotel and we hope they can do great things for it.  They will rebuild the patio, pay our debtors and pay us a percentage 
of the revenue each month so that we can pay our mortgage and loans down.  It seels like a great win for all of us.  Now we hold the intention that they will do well.  We have so much community support and Michael and Jim have done an incredible amount of work and hard decision making, that I do hold that this will be a sweet result.  Jim is exhausted and of course, so is Michael.  They look forward now to more time for themselves, their families and fun.  It will be great to have Jim home more.  They still have a few weeks of making the transition, but at least there is someone else responsible for the day to day running of things.  So, thanks and praise to all the angels and loving beings who assisted us in this difficult time.  And thanks to all of you for being so solicitous and prayerful for us too.
